Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items such as final sale, personal care products, customized, or perishable goods are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit the Returns Center on our website.
  • Enter your order number and follow the prompts to generate a return authorization.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items in new condition. If you need a different size, color, or style:

  • Submit an exchange request via our Returns Center.
  • Once your original item is returned and approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

If the item you are requesting is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging for our review. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • All returns must include a valid return authorization.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
