- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out via our contact page.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons, we will notify you. Reshipping fees may apply, or you may choose to receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
